Commercial Real Estate

Commercial Real Estate is responsible for managing all Northwestern real estate transactions.

Key real estate services:

Leads acquisitions and dispositions of real estate
Collaborates with Building and Space Planning on lease identification
Manages all lease negotiations and transactions where Northwestern is a tenant or owner
Advises Northwestern leadership on real estate matters including market research and development opportunities
Informs capital planning
Interfaces with public agencies and third parties to prepare and/or negotiate licenses, leases, easements, interlocal agreements and encroachments
