Collective Leadership Model
The GSRC serves as a community center, resource center, and advocacy unit across the Northwestern ecosystem. Our work is done through a collective approach where the space management, population-specific resources , and advocacy on maters related to gender and sexuality are co-created by students and for students in collaboration with GSRC staff.
