As an Assistant Director of Student Career Advising, Jessica works with students in the Kellogg Certificate Program for Undergraduate. Additionally, Jessica also works with Business Institutions. Jessica joined NCA in 2024.

Jessica earned her Master of Arts in Higher Education from Boston College and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Indianapolis. Before joining NCA, Jessica has worked in student advising roles such as academic mentoring, advising, and career services and IUI and Boston College while earning her degrees. In her most recent role, Jessica career coached students interested in government, law, public policy, and STEM fields.

In another life, Jessica might have been a lawyer or a therapist. In her free time, Jessica also likes spending her time Traveling and exploring new places, trying new recipes and restaurants, and binge-watching TV shows/series.

Jessica’s favorite advice for students: “Become aware of and able to articulate your strengths, skills, and values and be open to any and all opportunities that come your way. Discovering what you don't want in a profession is just as valuable as knowing what you do want.”
