Mid-Career Programs
Mid-Career Faculty Institute and Celebratory Lunch
Mid-Career faculty are invited to a special half -day program to consider career development after promotion to tenure or after promotion on the teaching/clinical/NTE track. The morning session will offer an opportunity to reflect on and discuss professional goals, address new challenges and opportunities, and explore leadership pathways. It features a workshop with time for reflection and discussion of career goals, and a panel of experienced faculty leaders discussing how they navigate roles as faculty and administrative leaders and the skills required for success. The day will end with a celebratory lunch with the Provost.
Faculty who received tenure in 2023, 2024 or 2025 can register online for the April 8 program and celebration. Faculty who were promoted to associate on the teaching/clinical/NTE track in 2023, 2024 or 2025 can register online to receive a special invitation to the April 15 program and celebration.
