We've made notable strides in strengthening the local community, particularly with our leadership in the landmark $150 million Community Benefits Agreement. Navigating the complexities of university-community relations, our office has proactively addressed racial equity and initiated pioneering programs like the Evanston Guaranteed Income Program.
