Director of Operations, Human Resources
Yvette Davis currently serves as Director of HR Operations, Reporting and Analytics at Northwestern University, where she leads several HR functions, including Payroll, Tax, HR Operations, Data Analytics, Systems Training, and Records Management.
She has extensive leadership experience in operations, process management, human resources and grants management. Prior to her HR leadership role, she spent over 36 years in the area of grants management, with research experience in the sciences including Physics and Astronomy, Neurobiology, Molecular Biosciences, and Chemistry.
Throughout her career, Yvette has leveraged her expertise to support some of the most complex and high-risk units throughout the Northwestern community.She possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in process improvement ensuring business processes are efficient, stable and replicable to achieve and implement strategic initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Yvette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University.
