Former Associate Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Associate Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion supports DEI initiatives across all HR disciplines including but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, employee relations, and more. This role is responsible for facilitating discussions related to DEI and partnering with various business units and/or departments to create DEI content.

I truly enjoy being in an environment where learning and continuous growth have been not only encouraged but championed the fact that I have the opportunity to learn, grow and positively impact Northwestern’s community members’ experiences, is more than gratifying!
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I really enjoy reading (just about anything), spending time with my little one, researching social justice, equity, and inclusion, and attending outdoor festivals.
